The Purpose of the Project
The project aims to develop national and international cooperation to contribute to mitigating the impacts of climate change in Arsuz, and to increase institutional capacity and social awareness against climate change.

- Visibility and Promotional Activities
- Improving Institutional Capacity on Climate Change (Trainings and Preparation of Climate Change Adaptation and Sustainable Energy Action Plan)
- Solar Energy Pilot Application in Municipal Services (Walkway and Cell Phone Charger Application)
- Painting Competition on Climate Change and Renewable Energy Sources
- Renewable Energy and the Use of Solar Energy in Sustainable Agriculture (Trainings and Research Report on the Use of Solar Energy in Agriculture in Arsuz)
- Study Visits to Varna and Arsuz Municipalities
Expected Outputs
– A permanent partnership was established with Varna Municipality at the international level.
– Climate Change Adaptation and Sustainable Energy Action Plan was prepared.
-A pilot application was made for the use of renewable energy sources.
– Institutional capacity of Arsuz Municipality on climate change and sustainable energy resources was increased.
-Social awareness was raised on climate change and renewable energy sources.
