The project aims to contribute to the enhancement of the dialogue between the local administrations of Türkiye and the EU and to strengthen the capacity of local administrations through the preparation of the Edirne Climate Change Adaptation Strategy to increase the capacity of farmers in Edirne and Yambol and Thundzha (Bulgaria) on the impacts of climate change on agricultural production.
